The Urban Medium was The Bastard’s best seller for years, and it shows in the accessory programme: grates, heat deflectors, multi-level systems and cast iron are all simply in stock for this size.
Complete at The Bastard means a rolling stand and two side shelves. The same kamado is also sold as a Solo; the difference is the frame and about a hundred and fifty euros. Count that in before setting it against a bare kamado from another brand.
Who it suits: Anyone who expects to expand later and does not want to find nothing exists for their size.
